In 1994 six PhD scientists published a research paper that radically upgraded our understanding of Noah’s Flood. The paper, “Catastrophic Plate Tectonics: A Global Flood Model of Earth History,”[i] provided ground-breaking, empirically-validated explanations for the mechanisms involved in the Flood. It showed the physics behind fast continental plate motions. Ongoing work has shown that the model helps explain volcanoes, the shapes and positions of continents, and in 2018 the generation of global tsunamis that may explain rock layers.
